Watched the baseball All Star game and boozed.  Did not eat well either.  BUT....did hit the 6am workout.

Real nice validation because I was noticing in the mirror this morning! And the amazing thing is how many calories I am taking in - my good I am totally not dieting but just lifting hard, some kickbox and not drinking aaaas much.

Day 77 - It's On

Guys listen up I am so proud of myself first and foremost because I've been consistently documenting my journey. This has been the best year ever for lots of different reasons including my fitness after all is said and done I'm still maintaining my weight of a month ago and I haven't even eating that well. Also I'm seeing my libido start to change a bit despite but you know what is in the fact that I still have a big belly. What that confirms for me is that a good majority of my issues are mental and it ties into the stress levels at work and the type of exercising and vitamins I take. I can just tell you that I feel like I know how to put it all together now and as far as work nothing is going to stand in my way until the end of the year all of my presentations and projects are done except for the blockbusters that I'm going to do in a couple of months. 

To make this truly the best year ever I need to have sex with my wife and lose 50 pounds.

Day 76 - San Francisco

Great great time with my mother my brother and his girlfriend and my daughter in San Francisco. It was definitely a splurge eight and drink. The photos show that it look like I was concealing a baby seal underneath my shirt I definitely have a stomach. Guess who still feels great and excited?

Day 75 - Independance Day!


You know I think I found the sweet spot. I still have to go back and enter in the last few weeks of data for my food intake put my weight has stayed the same and I have not been eating clean at all. My waist is also the same size from three weeks ago. What does this mean? I think it means that I have hit the nail on the head when it comes to how I need to work out with weightlifting and high-intensity kickboxing even if it's not twice a weekend. I believe the syrups and the Pilates have helped as well. I put on my shorts this morning and they're still hanging a little bit loose around my waist now that being said the past few days I've been any extra amounts of sugar and it's going to catch up with me any day now. There's always some lag time one way or the other.so I'm going to enjoy this Fourth of July barbecue drink and sugar fast and then tomorrow I'm going to get after it for the rest of the year.

The best news is that I've had an amazing finish to last quarter and my mood is off the charts no more major project going to take time away from my workouts

Day 72 - Joe Crushington

I'm just incomplete dominance mode with the way I'm handling my business. All-around I've got a huge following and high level of respect from my peers it feels beautiful I've had a successful first half of the year. Now to really round out my best year ever I need to take these next six months and make my body look amazing.

Day 71 - Data Studio Preso

Okay we drink Redbull we practice and we set it off. I stayed up till almost midnight the night before but it was worth it I think I executed and most importantly I accomplished a very big goal and it's done.

Day 70 - Last Prep

Okay tomorrow is my big presentation on the last big initiative of this quarter. No work out only focus and practice and focus.
