Day 253 - The End


Mental


I feel very happy because I am making overall more good decisions then bad.  I feel very excited for the new year (IF that makes sense)

Nutrition

Doing some intermittent fasting to develop the habit but I am still sugary...

Exercise

HIT AND am jogging on the treadmill!!

Observations

Waist at 41" and clothes fit great!

Day 239 - Locked and Loaded


Mental

I'm sleeping well and with rest comes the clarity.  Coffee helps too but I'm in the habit right now of doing the right things to be sussesssful.

Nutrition

I'm, believe it or not, working on portion control. It's allowing me to not forgo the goods yet learn to just taste them.

Exercise

Back on the HIT (can't believe it! thought I was done for good, yo).  And today was super easy at level 8.  Basically the progression is to run to :50.

Observations

Welllll...I am wearing one of semi-good shirts.  This is when slowly I start reaping the benefits of my hard work.

Day 232 - Bizzy Bone


Mental

I am clearly in execution mode - willing to do what it takes to get to the gym. I feel confident.

Nutrition

I am not tracking really only because from years and years of inputting my intake I kind of know where I'm at.  Not going all the way clean but just smart.  Last night I did decide to drink to Sunkists and pump in 80gs of sugar. Sorry.

Exercise

My muscles are really getting taxed with the 12 reps, form focused and we are doing interval training so by the time I get to the elipitcal, I'm pumping.


Observations



So..my site is back (yay!).  I woke up with wood (yay!) and my clothes are feeling baggy.  I look very handsome these days too - probably cause of my confidence!
Also, the peeing has really slowed down so I am not killing ice water all day - I barely even want it.

Day 226 - Men Lie, Women Lie But Tape Measures Don't


Mental
I feel like I have the eye of the tiger right now - extremely determined and focused

Nutrition

I'm not super clean?  Drinking lots of sugary milk but I am controlling portions and overall making good choices

Exercise

Blasting in the gym with circuit training and 12 rep sets.  And today..BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM....BANG BANG BANG BANG I hit the HIT after almost 2 years.  Its was nothing.  (Level 8).  And...I swam some sprints

Observations
I am still leaning out, the tape measure said 43".  I mean wow, I remember stretching to get to 50"!  And boy oh boy, I was going through my closet like a guillatine!  Everything is fittable or damn close - within reach.

Day 223 - Control

Mental
I still have a relatively good attitude and will to fight but there comes a time when you just have to make it happen. It does a whole lot for me when I win the morning and workout at 5am. That's when the clarity kicks in.

Nutrition

Eating is poor - tons and tons of sugar direct and through carbs

Exercise

I have been doing circuit training followed by cardio  - its doing wonders.  I need to step up the intensity

Observations

Wow, I looked really good with my shirt off this morning as far as the muscles and seeing ab traces. It's all about the body fat right now because my excercise is off the chain.

Unfortunately I have broken the record for blood sugar:  559.  Its very serious - I pee like every 10 minutes it seems and a bit lethargic.  Also am about 10% blind
