Mental
I still have a relatively good attitude and will to fight but there comes a time when you just have to make it happen. It does a whole lot for me when I win the morning and workout at 5am. That's when the clarity kicks in.
Nutrition
Eating is poor - tons and tons of sugar direct and through carbs
Exercise
I have been doing circuit training followed by cardio - its doing wonders. I need to step up the intensity
Observations
Wow, I looked really good with my shirt off this morning as far as the muscles and seeing ab traces. It's all about the body fat right now because my excercise is off the chain.
Unfortunately I have broken the record for blood sugar: 559. Its very serious - I pee like every 10 minutes it seems and a bit lethargic. Also am about 10% blind
