Organize

6:31am - Okay so I realize in addition to discipline and positivity I'm going to need to take the same organization I've recently found and apply it to this goal of being healthy.
i've been to myself but I can't just be free I have to actually keep track of what I'm doing on a day-to-day basis and manage my way to the end result otherwise when I let go and do check back later I'm often got in the wrong direction even though I may not feel like it.

even though I've been exercising and trying to watch the types of foods I eat and I've been feeling good and positive and sacrificing in the morning going to the gym at the end of the day I am 275 pounds which really is heavier than I've been in my adult years.that tells me that whatever I'm doing is maintaining but I need to step it up a notch if I'm going to reach my goal be healthy and live a longer life

10:26 - Stick to it.  My clothes are tight and my toes tingly.  It will get better
