Day 239 - Locked and Loaded


Mental

I'm sleeping well and with rest comes the clarity.  Coffee helps too but I'm in the habit right now of doing the right things to be sussesssful.

Nutrition

I'm, believe it or not, working on portion control. It's allowing me to not forgo the goods yet learn to just taste them.

Exercise

Back on the HIT (can't believe it! thought I was done for good, yo).  And today was super easy at level 8.  Basically the progression is to run to :50.

Observations

Welllll...I am wearing one of semi-good shirts.  This is when slowly I start reaping the benefits of my hard work.
