Day 28 - Game of Inches
so this month I have lost an inch off my waist. My weight is actually the same and I believe that is because the heavy lifting I've been doing twice a week on the same body parts people have noticed. I am extremely proud of my progress even though there's clearly a lot of opportunity to tighten it up it's the fact that for these last three days I have not started over and I'm being accountable to myself and logging everything. This also allows me to look for trends and see what things I'm doing right. There's no question that I cannot keep drinking and eating poorly if I really want to reach my goals but at the same time I'm learning that my body responds very well to exercise. So when I can really focus in and combine optimizing both diet and exercise
