I really struggle when i am starving after work. Have to eat more early!!

8:49 - It so crazy how I feel mentally stronger than ever. I have the tools in place and the disclipine in other areas of my life. Need to apply it here. This is a full disclosure journey - WITH CHANGE! And it will all be documented right here! I am going to get to my 185lb this year!
