Day 24 - Case Study (274.2)

Well, it is been a very interesting over these first 23 days. Last night I completed all of the journal entries of what I've eaten and met Matt I am still down 2 pounds despite hovering around 3000 cal a day.  with the week off from exercise I still put in a good solid two weeks of weightlifting and some cardio even a little bit of kickboxing. At the end of it all I believe the take away here is that I can increase my calories and still lose weight. 

another Takeaway is that I really do need to manage myself a little bit tighter and give myself goals that I can hit every few days. it seems that when I see progress I can continue quicker and more efficiently.

Last of all my blood sugar is high as it's been all year and I can't see anything

10:40pm - Open House for The Food then Magic with boys! Pizza and booze but stayed in control
