Day 6 - The Weekend

Good morning, Joe

this is a great opportunity to be same and manage my weekends differently than I have before. Because quite honestly the weekends I want typically set me back.

7: 42am -  Off to the gym


2:05pm - Choices



4:41pm  -   Roadmap

Here is what needs to be done:


  • By May 23 -  4 weeks of  "the plan" and I should be around 257lbs
  • By June 27 - I should be at 240 lbs with my metabolism, diet, habits kicked in
  • By August 1 - 220lbs
  • You know the rest
