Woke up and an incredibly good mood this morning. And that was before the kick boxing workout which was tremendous, a natural uplifting my mood. I would have to add that I don't think I've heard anything I got eight hours plus of sleep. Per usual the kickboxing instructor was inspirational left me with a quote she said make a plan and execute the plan then you can talk after you walk. Today I'm going to finish with some Pilates and some situps and then do the same thing all over again tomorrow and my mood should be amazing to have a killer week next week. I need to really pay attention to the hours I'm getting sleep well because I think that has a very big affect I've also read that weightlifting has different effects on your mood than just regular cardio and I have taken a week off
