Feel Good Week

today is the beginning of the week where my focus is going to be to feel good about myself. there has got to be a correlation between my self-worth and my performance.The first thing that will really start to show me that no matter how down I get on myself I can quickly accomplish things that I want - even if they are difficult even if there are things I have never done or haven't done in a long time.
